Plane Crash At Pennsylvania Airport Leaves Passengers Injured: Police

A plane crash at Doylestown Airport left all of the plane's occupants injured, according to a Monday, Nov. 18 news release from the Buckingham Township Police Department.

The single-engine plane crashed into another unoccupied aircraft as it left the runway while taking off at 12:21 p.m., police said in a news release. 

When first responders arrived on scene, they found that all of the occupants were out of the plane, according to police. All of them sustained injuries and were taken to local hospitals. 

The exact number of those injured was not released. A Buckingham Township Police Department representative told Daily Voice that they are not releasing that information at this time.

Police remained on scene to await the arrival of Federal Aviation Administration investigators, the news release states.
